Blue Rocks, Nova Scotia
The Blue Rocks
A small village about a six minute drive from the Town of Lunenburg.  The little community of Blue Rocks is advertised as “Lunenburg’s answer to Peggy’s Cove”. Still a working fishing village with blue slate rocks on the edge of the ocean making it an artisan and photographers muse.  The fish shack sitting in the water is the most photographed building in the county.

Nova Scotia is a lot of rock and prevalent here too.  I find giving a flavour to the area artistically is difficult.  For example these two images do not display the beauty of the area.
Now look at the same area from the sky using the drone.
Identical location, entirely different view.  Now for the rock.
The is not just off shore, it is the entire region.
It's an old fishing village shrunk with age and populated with retired folk as well
